Job Description

As a Transaction Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation for our real estate transactions business in KSA. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with real estate developers, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Assist in developing overall sales strategy to meet business plan numbers developed by the group.
  • Relationship Building: Forge strong relationships with real estate developers to hunt for inventory for sales.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Hire and manage a sales team to achieve optimal performance and meet sales targets.
  • Incentive Structures: Develop effective incentive structures to motivate the sales team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales in coordination with the strategy team.
  • Target Setting: Set monthly/quarterly targets for the sales team in coordination with the strategy team.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to ensure efficient lead generation and design/executed targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Trend Analysis: Continuously observe real estate trends and product performance to suggest improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify best practices to improve sales processes and overall marketing/sales efficiency.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients to promote future business opportunities.
  • New Business Development: Evaluate new development opportunities to grow the overall business.
  • Agency Partnerships: Develop business relationships with agencies to seek assistance in sales.
  • Sales Training: Execute sales training programs based on Training Need Assessments (TNA) in coordination with the Learning & Development Team.
  • Performance Improvement: Initiate performance improvement interventions with the help of the sales strategy team.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee market research, competitor and customer analysis regularly to inform sales operations decisions.
  • Portal Enhancements: Suggest improvements to company portals to enhance sales.
  • Team and Consumer Promotions: Develop team and consumer promotions for sales enhancement in coordination with strategy and product teams.
  • Sales Events: Conduct property sales events and expos to enhance agency and client base.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Forge good working relationships with regulatory bodies for smooth operations.
  • Morning Meetings: Conduct regular morning meetings with teams to provide direction.
  • Special Projects: Oversee special projects assigned by the line manager.
