Key Responsibilities- Capture Business Requirements: Utilize business analysis techniques to gather and document business and end-user requirements.
- Develop Functional Requirements: Create and document functional requirements (use cases) and non-functional requirements.
- Coordinate Requirements Walk-throughs: Verify with user representatives and stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
- Act as Product Owner: Oversee the development of business and technical requirements.
- Work with Technical Teams: Collaborate with technical teams to analyze and model business domains, creating a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements.
- Ensure Software Quality: Inspect and monitor software development progress to ensure programs meet business/user requirements.
- Perform Solution Demos: Conduct solution demos and supervise user acceptance testing (UATs).
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify Business Opportunities: Determine approaches to improve business, usability, performance, and integrity of software.
- Define Business Problems: Identify and validate key business requirements, defining the business problem and primary objectives of new projects.
- Mentor Team Members: Mentor and assist other team members in their roles.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering is required for this position.
