Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and direction.

  3. Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
  4. Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, managing teams of 5 to 10 people.
  2. Experience designing scalable, high-performance applications and system architectures.
  3. Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.
  4. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, PHP, Kotlin/Java, or Swift.
  5. Experience with CI/CD, code refactoring, design patterns, and secure coding.
  6. Strong knowledge of Git, version control, and automated deployment processes.
  7. Experience leading engineering teams of 5 to 10 people.
  8. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and align engineering with product objectives.
  9. Must be in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama or Saudi nationality.
