Developmental Therapist

ABC Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Developmental Therapist to provide evidence-based therapy in classroom settings for children and individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA strategies during 1:1 therapy sessions to promote positive behavioral changes and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Analyze data to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members to ensure seamless support.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to drive successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification.
• Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs and adapt to changing circumstances.
