Responsibilities

  1. Zakat Research: Develop and implement the Zakat research plan and budget, ensuring alignment with ZATCA priorities.
  2. Judicial Rulings: Collect and analyze judicial rulings, legal decisions, and fatwas issued by authorities in Zakat and tax disputes.
  3. Data Analysis: Conduct applied research and analysis in selected domains, performing specific legal accounting studies related to Zakat calculations.
  4. Reports and Presentations: Develop reports highlighting study findings to be presented to key stakeholders.
  5. Agency Representation: Represent the agency in business meetings with other authority sectors or government agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Islamic law, Business Administration, or equivalent required.
  • Master's degree in Law, Islamic law, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
