Job Title: Odoo Sales Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to promote and sell Odoo-based ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Odoo system and proven track record in software sales.

About the Role:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new sales leads, build relationships with potential clients, and drive business development initiatives.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop expert-level knowledge of Odoo's full suite of business applications and how it addresses client needs.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations showcasing Odoo ERP capabilities.
  • Client Consultations: Understand client business processes and requirements, recommending tailored Odoo solutions.
  • Proposal & Quotation Creation: Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on prospect needs.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to deal closure.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical and implementation teams.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • 2+ years of experience in ERP sales, specifically with Odoo or similar platforms.
  • Strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with industries using Odoo (manufacturing, retail, services, etc.) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of how ERP systems work and ability to translate complex features into clear business benefits.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of managing their sales pipeline independently.
  • CRM proficiency using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Prior education in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Fluent written English required.
