Key Responsibilities:

  2. Strategic Project Execution: Formulate and execute project strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  4. Effective Communication: Communicate project goals, roles, responsibilities, and expectations to team members, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, regulatory authorities, and community representatives.
  6. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with mega real estate development projects, implementing effective risk management strategies to minimize disruptions.
  7. Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control measures throughout all phases of the project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  8. Timeline Adherence: Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying and addressing potential delays, and implementing strategies to keep the project on schedule.
  9. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, documenting project achievements, challenges, and resolutions, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation for future reference and audits.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, project management, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on mega real estate development projects.
  • PMP Certification required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including social collaboration software and Microsoft Excel.
