Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research of historical financial data and analyze key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity, and earnings per share.
  2. Financial Reporting: Organize data into accessible reports and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
  3. Financial Function Oversight: Oversee financial functions including assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control, and project control.
  4. Capital Expenditure Evaluation: Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.
  5. Financial Data Analysis: Analyze current and past financial data and performance.
  6. Financial Modeling: Develop financial models and cost projections.
  7. Invoice Review and Management: Review, track, and analyze invoices and manage procurements according to organizational standards.
  8. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
  9. Balance Sheet Review: Ensure proper review of the Balance Sheet and conduct a quarterly balance sheet review.
  10. Business Support: Support business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Finance Experience: Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
  3. Advanced Excel and Power BI: Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages, Power BI, Financial Modeling, scorecards, and advanced Excel are a must.
  4. Financial Forecasting and Diagnosis: Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
  5. Current Financial Knowledge: Well-informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments.
