Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced production management lead to oversee the manufacturing of our dairy products. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality specifications and are produced efficiently and safely.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in food technology or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial food production.
- Experience in canning production is desirable.
- Excellent reporting, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience in SAP or a similar package.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
