You will provide innovative solutions to complex metro transportation challenges in collaboration with functional leads, fostering partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations impacted by the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the application of advanced engineering principles and ensure compliance across all teams.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex metro transportation challenges in collaboration with functional leads.
  • Foster partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations impacted by the program.
  • Lead planning and delivery for metro programs, ensuring consistency across all operational aspects.
  • Implement program strategies through the delivery of PMP's and other key documents in line with best practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in mega construction projects, with strong metro development and delivery experience across multi-disciplinary and functional teams.
  • Extensive experience managing significant metro contracts and working in challenging multi-partner environments.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a proven ability to work in and lead complex teams.
  • Safety Qualification / Awareness Training.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
