We are seeking a highly motivated Project Operations Executive to join our team in Yanbu. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective operation of the Construction Department, including strategy formulation, budgeting and control, and operational tasks such as maintaining a responsive construction organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Coordinate the recruitment of technical personnel to maintain the construction organization's capabilities and staffing levels as necessary to accomplish current and forecast workloads effectively and efficiently.
  2. Performance Improvement: Upgrade the capabilities and efficiencies of the department by introducing new methods and techniques.
Operational Tasks:
  • Assure the adequacy and quality of the construction work by maintaining a system of checks and reviews.
  • Provide consultation and expertise to the Director and Program Manager on special projects as issues arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Conversant with construction diagrams and designs.
  • Familiar with proposal negotiation and evaluation.
