Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled F&B Server to join our team at Raffles Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our dining staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in F&B Operations in a luxury property. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guest needs are met.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in pre-meal briefings and ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
