Job Summary

CARE is seeking an experienced Corporate Treasurer to join our team.

  • Responsible for ensuring adequate availability of cost-effective financing arrangements with banks.
  • Negotiate comprehensive insurance coverage for all business risks.
  • Manage investors (local & international) relationships within the rules of CMA & Tadawul.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with banks to arrange adequate funding requirements.
  • Analyze trends and recommend FX/hedging options.
  • Deposit surplus cash at optimum rates.

Accounting, Insurance, and Investments:

  • Coordinate all accounting transactions relating to bank transactions and investments/deposits.
  • Evaluate and recommend adequate and cost-effective General, Life & Medical insurance.

Communications and Team Management:

  • Prepare Earnings presentations on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Assist in preparing Investor Presentations and potential questions.
  • Organize Investor Meetings and represent CARE in investor events.
