The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipeline engineering and commissioning, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from start to finish. As an Oil and Gas Commissioning Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules, as well as overseeing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules in coordination with project and engineering teams.
  2. Oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including flushing, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, pigging, and leak testing.
  3. Coordinate with construction, operations, HSE, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration and safe execution.
  4. Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
  5. Ensure all commissioning documentation is complete, accurate, and properly handed over.
  6. Provide leadership and technical guidance to the commissioning team and subcontractors.


Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Pipeline Engineering, or related discipline.
  2. Minimum of 7 years' experience in pipeline commissioning, preferably within the oil & gas or energy sector.
  3. Solid understanding of pipeline systems, standards, and commissioning methodologies.
  4. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
