About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Transportation Process Lead to join our team at Amazon. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing transportation processes that meet our high standards of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute transportation processes that leverage our Sort Center network to deliver products efficiently to customers.
- Lead the recruitment, training and development of a highly motivated workforce for the SC teams, ensuring they meet operational requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, CS, FC and Projects) to drive SC operations excellence.
- Analyze data reports to identify performance gaps and implement improvements to enhance quality, reduce waste and eliminate unnecessary work.
- Develop and implement process control and process improvement mechanisms, such as Kaizen.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent English language skills (reading, writing and speaking)
- Microsoft Office experience
Desirable Qualifications:
- MBA
