Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Director of Strategy in developing and executing entertainment asset strategies. The goal is to achieve the desired ambition, vision, and objectives for the portfolio and assets.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and early development stages of new entertainment assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offering and financial targets. This includes leading research and delivery of new concepts, understanding their value proposition, and preparing high-level feasibility assessments and implementation roadmaps.

Candidates will collaborate with consultants, IP licensors, and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations are aligned with the overall scope of work, engagement objectives, and business expectations. They will also lead analysis and research on theme parks benchmarks and strategic topics to support robust decision making.

Key responsibilities include developing initial go-live strategies, providing implementation support to other functions, and preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Candidates must be able to prepare materials for Management Committees, Qiddiya Senior Management, and the Board of Directors.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in the Strategy field.
