**Job Summary**

The Hong Kong Housing Society is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a Day Care Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our care services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Implement evidence-based clinical procedures, treatments, and administer medication to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and examinations to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and mentor Health Care Officers, ensuring they provide high-quality care and adhere to established protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

**Requirements**

  • 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (Syl. B) and Chinese Language OR 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese.
  • Valid practicing certificate (EN) issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in day care services, preferably in a similar setting.
