Job Title: Contract Management Expert

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Expert to join our team at alothaim investment. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts:
  • Commercial and special leasing agreements
  • Entertainment contracts
  • Construction agreements
  • Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)
  • Lead and manage the entire contract lifecycle: approvals, documentation, renewals, amendments, and closures.
  • Ensure accurate contract implementation through government platforms such as EJAR and NAFITH.
  • Monitor and ensure tenant and partner compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintain comprehensive digital and physical archives of contracts and related documents.
  • Coordinate with departments (operations, facilities, legal) for contract handovers, evacuations, and issue resolutions.
  • Prepare legal and operational reports related to contract status, violations, renewals, and store performance.
  • Liaise with tenants and stakeholders to resolve contractual disputes and clarify terms.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors to initiate and follow up on litigation procedures.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (required)
  • Master's degree in Law (preferred)
  • Relevant legal diplomas or certifications in contract management/arbitration are a plus
  • Minimum 15 years of hands-on legal and contract management experience
  • Proven leadership in managing legal or contracts departments, especially in real estate, investment, or construction sectors
