Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Leaders and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and contacting applicants.
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR Leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with colleagues, ensuring open communication, trust, and mutual respect.
  • Compliance: Ensure the HR department complies with all corporate, regional, and hotel policies and procedures, as well as governmental regulations.
  • HRIS Management: Manage the Human Resources Information System, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation.
  • Employee Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and recognition letters.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Support internal HR projects, tracking progress and updating reports as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: University/College degree or diploma, preferably in Human Resources Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administration experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English (additional languages an asset).
