We're currently seeking a talented Senior Legal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of law related to our business operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of legal professionals to ensure that clients adhere to and understand relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal counsel and service to external business clients concerning their rights, obligations, and privileges.
  • Advise clients on business transactions, liability claims, and legal rights and obligations to protect their interests.
  • Responsible for preparing legal briefs and opinions, and filing appeals in state and federal courts of appeal.
  • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate work with external counsel.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience as a Legal Counsel
  • Previous law firm experience is preferable
  • Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one work area.
  • Broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Law
  • This role is only available to Saudi Nationals.
