Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced retail professional who can provide excellent leadership to the store team, promote a luxury environment, and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • To establish a strong brand presence on the shop floor, setting a high standard for employee behaviour and inspiring the team to achieve it.
  • To monitor, coach, and provide feedback to the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • To maintain a luxury environment, ensuring that visual merchandising guidelines are consistently executed across the store.
  • To drive the use of digital assets to enhance the customer experience, build long-term relationships with customers, and lead the team to do the same.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated alignment with Burberry's store management behaviours: Service Focused, Leading to Inspire, Commercially Aware, Developing Talent, Driving Excellence.
  • Able to work as required to meet store needs, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
