Overview of the Role:

The Pro Technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing electric mobility brand vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools. This requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as high-voltage safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect and diagnose complex system faults in electric mobility brand vehicles.
  2. Perform repairs using Fix It Right process.
  3. Support and coach junior technicians in the workshop.
  4. Maintain accurate documentation of work completed or required.

Requirements:

  • Technical certification diploma or equivalent.
  • IMI EV Level 3 or 4 – Advantage / Priority.
  • Master Technician certification or industry equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly.
