Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Project Manager with proven project management and execution capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the execution of strategy and management initiatives in the commercial real estate sector.

  2. Develop and implement project management plans to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.

  5. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes.
  6. Engage with cross-functional teams to drive execution excellence and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Real Estate, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of management consulting and execution experience in strategy and project management roles.
  • Proven ability to deliver strategic plans and manage their implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Good understanding of commercial real estate markets, preferably within the GCC region, is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
