Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of talent acquisition and consumer roles, with a proven track record of successfully managing job searches against a timeline and setting benchmarks and metrics.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing and assessment approaches, ensuring customer expectations are met through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  2. Recruit passive candidates by profiling people and gauging chemistry for fit and motivation, rather than selling a role.
  3. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management, conducting in-depth interviews and demonstrating high offer-to-interview ratios.
  4. Develop and implement recruitment strategies that contribute to the long-range growth of the organization, fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that aligns with industry best practices.
  5. Articulate plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes in writing.
  6. Maintain industry trends and talent market dynamics awareness to effectively target and attract top talent, including conducting market analysis and adjusting sourcing strategies accordingly.
  7. Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, assessing best practices.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in research capacity for candidate generation
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience recruiting mid-senior level talent
  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring

The successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues alike. They will be proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
