We are looking for a skilled Facilities and Property Coordinator to join our team at CARE. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Summary:

  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished as needed.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods.
  • Inventory Audits: Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the storage and distribution of materials, ensuring that all items are accounted for and in good condition.
  2. Organize and store materials in a systematic manner to facilitate easy access.
  3. Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records.
  4. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods.
  5. Assist in the development of inventory management procedures and policies.
  6. Train and supervise junior staff in inventory management practices.
  7. Report any discrepancies or issues related to inventory to management promptly.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations.
  • Experience in a similar role within the facilities management industry.
