Job Overview

The Samasystech organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively coordinate and manage project tasks, schedules, and resources.

This role involves assisting in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information. Additionally, you will monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  2. Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  3. Monitor project progress and address any challenges that may occur.

Communication and Documentation
  1. Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  2. Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, and other project-related documents.
  3. Ensure that all project information is accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented.

Resource Management
  1. Assist in allocating and managing project resources.
  2. Track resource availability and allocation, ensuring that the project team has the necessary tools and resources.

Risk and Issue Management
  1. Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues.
  2. Collaborate with project managers to develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution.

Quality Assurance
  1. Assist in implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes.
  2. Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.

Stakeholder Management
  1. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  2. Provide regular updates on project status and seek feedback to ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements.

Administrative Support
  1. Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  2. Maintain project management systems and tools.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Skills:
  1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
  4. Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
