We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director – Attractions Operations to lead the launch and management of a groundbreaking theme park in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the region's most ambitious entertainment destinations.


Key Accountabilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding global standards.
  2. Manage all pre-opening activities, including ride testing, safety inspections, vendor coordination, staff training, and compliance.
  3. Oversee daily ride operations, safety protocols, guest experience, evacuation procedures, and crisis management.
  4. Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performance, multicultural team that thrives in an innovative environment.
  5. Craft unforgettable guest experiences and maintain the park's brand identity through collaboration with creative and marketing teams.
  6. Lead budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
  7. E nsure strict adherence to local regulations, international safety standards (ISO, ASTM, EN), and IP licensing requirements.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, government authorities, IP licensors, and investors.
  9. Develop robust strategies for safety, risk mitigation, and emergency response.
