Your Key Duties

  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations.
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects and provide additional support during busy periods as needed.
  • Educate team members on the importance of compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, prepare budgets, and drive productivity within the department.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of housekeeping experience, including some supervisory training or experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to speak the local language(s).
