We are seeking a skilled Perfume Consultant to join our team at Chalhoub Group in Riyadh. As a Perfume Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales by providing expert perfume advice and guidance to clients.

• Drive Business Growth: Achieve sales targets by ensuring a high level of customer service and maintaining professional standards.
• Represent the Brand: Communicate the values and philosophy of the brand through all interactions with customers and team members.
• Generate Sales: Utilize fragrance knowledge to drive sales and ensure all sales and operational policies are followed.
• Customer Centricity: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and catering to customers' needs and preferences.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain operating standards, report stock shortages, and generate daily sales reports.

• Minimum 1 year experience in the luxury beauty and perfume industry.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to provide expert perfume advice.
