Documentation Coordinator

As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by preparing and managing documents efficiently and accurately.
About the PositionThis role is responsible for supporting colleagues by providing administrative services, preparing and updating spreadsheets, designing posters and other visual materials, and maintaining accurate indexing and filing systems for company and project documentation.
Main Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks: Assist colleagues with administrative tasks, prepare spreadsheets, and design visual content.
- Document Management: Oversee document control procedures, ensure documentation meets formal requirements, and store and retrieve documents as needed.
- Reporting and Auditing: Produce document progress reports and conduct regular reviews and document audits.
Key Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Document Management software.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with extensive industry experience and demonstrated capabilities.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years related experience.
