Job Summary:

We are seeking an Aseptic Production Operator to join our growing team at SRG, working with a leading organization in the pharmaceutical sector.

Primary Duties:

  • Operate machinery and equipment within the aseptic process, including formulation, filling, washing, and sterilization.
  • Participate in trial processes to facilitate technology transfer, process description, and new material introduction.
  • Maintain high standards of batch record procedures and report any non-conformities or equipment issues.
  • Perform routine tasks such as washing, sterilization, formulation, filling, and cleaning, documenting shift and batch information.
  • Collaborate with professional cleaners for scheduled area cleaning activities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating machinery for fill-finish pharmaceutical products.
  • Familiarity with working in a cleanroom or aseptic environment (class B/C).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
