About the Job:**

As a Data Insights Coordinator, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial processes and workflows to identify optimization and automation opportunities.

  • Acting as the main liaison between Finance and IT teams to align ERP solutions with business needs.
  • Gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Managing and prioritizing business requests through established governance frameworks.
  • Evaluating requests based on business impact and urgency while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Leading ERP system enhancement and migration projects, ensuring business continuity.
  • Overseeing change management initiatives, including user training programs.
  • Analyzing financial processes and workflows to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
  • Monitoring system performance, gathering user feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Developing a structured approach for request intake, evaluation, and prioritization.
  • Conducting regular meetings with stakeholders to align on priorities and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Native/Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong experience in ERP systems implementation and support.
  • Expertise in business request prioritization and stakeholder management.
