Job Title: Junior Facade Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Junior Facade Estimator to join our team. As a Junior Facade Estimator, you will play a key role in estimating the costs of exterior cladding projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and quantify the scope of work from received packages and drawings.
  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material and labor requirements.
  • Pricing and costing of all items from drawings and specifications.
  • Maintain prevailing market rates of materials, labor, plant, and machinery.

Tender Document Preparation: Prepare comprehensive tender documents, including presentations and estimates, for review by the commercial manager.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in estimation or a related field.
  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  • Immediate joiners or a maximum of one month's notice.

Gathering Information: Gather, update, and maintain prevailing market rates of all materials, labor, plant, and machinery.
