Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Leader to drive strategic objectives and ensure project delivery across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, managing, and leading the Project Management Office within the organization. This includes developing and implementing the overall PMO strategy, aligning it with the organization's strategic goals, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the PMO Team: Leading and mentoring the PMO team to ensure they are equipped to support project managers and promote best practices across the organization.
  • Developing and Implementing Governance Frameworks: Defining and implementing governance frameworks to ensure consistent project management processes and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Monitoring Project Health: Overseeing the monitoring and reporting of project health across the portfolio, including timelines, budget adherence, and resource utilization.
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Engaging with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment between the PMO's activities and organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, and hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
