HR Generalist

At ديار المدينة, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR policies, laws, and practices, as well as experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to hire.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
