Job Title: Duty Manager

Job Summary:

Eram Talent is seeking a seasoned Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality establishment in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of hospitality professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  2. Department Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  3. Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Security and Safety: Maintain security and safety protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

  5. Health and Safety: Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
  6. Flexibility: Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  7. Language Skills: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  8. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
