Healthcare Nutritionist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Nutritionist to join our team at Abroad Work. As a Healthcare Nutritionist, you will work closely with clients to assess their health needs, develop individualized nutrition plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients' health needs and develop individualized nutrition plans
• Provide nutritional counseling to clients to promote healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes
• Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to nutrition plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dietitian, preferably in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, food science, and dietary guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Experience working with individuals with chronic diseases is preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
