Job Description
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large fit-out projects independently, with minimal supervision from the project manager.
  • This involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from taking possession of the unit from the client to site handover.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a flexible attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete management of the project at site
  • Specifying project objectives and plans
  • Maximizing resource efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate records of construction progress
  • Responsible for overview of the construction sites, and management of vendors and trades
  • Project Management Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five to eight years of similar experience, preferably in the Hospitality sector
  • Successful track record of working on projects such as Hospitality, Hotels, High-End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education, etc.
  • Very strong technical and execution abilities
  • Previous experience of working with professional fit-out contracting companies with their in-house workforce
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment
