  1. Actively connect and engage with consumers entering the store
  2. Be aware of store KPIs and contribute to store sales

  5. Use seasonal product and Brand knowledge effectively during consumer interactions

  13. Minimize loss in the stockroom and the sales floor
  14. Perform all store operations in a safe, effective, and efficient manner
  15. Comply with all operational policies and procedures
  16. Maintain an appealing, easy to shop environment for Consumers by executing visual merchandising and house-keeping standards
  17. Know the store KPIs and how you personally contribute to them
  18. Plays a role in maximizing sales and minimizing loss
