Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Delivery: Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of Line of Business (LoB) projects, focusing on small to medium-sized initiatives. Develop and implement project scheduling, cost, and delivery standards to meet client expectations.
  2. Project Planning: Prepare and communicate project plans to the team, and conduct regular reviews with the Project Manager to ensure alignment and progress.
  3. Client Site Management: Oversee day-to-day activities on the client site, manage issues that arise, and ensure seamless communication with the team based in Giza.
  4. Procurement and Logistics: Coordinate project purchases with the Order Processing Department, providing technical assistance as needed for the ordering of project supplies.
  5. Client Communication: Facilitate stage approvals with the client, compile acceptance sheets for each module, and finalize acceptance sheets for the entire project.
  6. Financial Management: Monitor project invoicing and notify the Finance department of necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.
  7. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit weekly activity reports and time sheets to the Project Manager, as well as monthly project progress reports.
