Delivery Network Coordinator

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Network Coordinator to join our team at Amazon. In this critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our delivery network, ensuring that customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.

A Day in the Life

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery network, working closely with your peers to ensure all workflows run smoothly and customer expectations are met. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to continuously improve the efficiency of our delivery processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  2. 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
  3. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  4. Working experience in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field
  5. Experience as a manager, involving sizable teams; ability to motivate others and build strong relationships
  6. Demonstrate ability in problem-solving and analytical capabilities: conducting Dive Deep analysis on complex processes
  7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  8. Experience with performance metrics and process improvement
  9. Authorized to work in Australia without sponsorship
