Our Client, a fast-growing contracting company specialized in civil, mechanical piping & structural including painting, electrical, HVAC, instrumentation, construction, and maintenance, is working with big names in the Saudi market. Our client is now looking for highly talented & experienced caliber to fulfill the following position:

Project Manager (Mechanical)

1. Manages and supervises all phases of assigned projects.
2. Prepare and manage schedules.
3. Estimate change orders.
4. Negotiate all change orders and maintain change order logs.
5. Manages project budget and approves all expenses.
6. Contract administration.
7. Buyout of subcontracts & equipment.
8. Interface with the CEO on all projects assigned.
9. Assemble and maintain complete project records and close-out documents.
10. Perform project punch-list inspection(s), in coordination with superintendent and the owner's representative, and issue punch list to all relevant subcontractors.
11. Stay in contact with past clients for repeat work.

Requirements:

1. Degree / diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar field.
3. Exposure to EPC/LSTK, oil & gas projects is a must.
4. Should have managed projects worth over 50 Million SR.
5. GCC experience will be an added advantage.
6. Due to visa availability, only Egyptian nationality can apply.

Staff Arabia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
2. Manage and supervise project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
3. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
4. Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
5. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to ensure project success.
7. Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing and implementing risk management plans.
8. Perform project close-out activities, including documenting lessons learned and evaluating project performance.

Requirements:

1. Degree / diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in mechanical engineering.
3. Proven track record of delivering successful projects in the oil and gas industry.
4. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
