Job Summary

The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping projects for Intelmatix clients. As a key member of the project team, this role supports custom AI implementation projects by analyzing business requirements, conceptualizing use cases, developing detailed project documentation, and ensuring that solutions align with client needs. Collaboration with clients, project management, and technical teams is essential to facilitate successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Requirements Gathering:
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with clients to gather and document business requirements for the overall solution and its various modules and use cases.
  • Analyze client business processes and identify areas for improvement and ways to leverage AI and Decision Intelligence.
  • Support clients in justifying the conceptualized solution by estimating potential impact (e.g., revenue increase or cost savings).
  • Support clients in prioritizing use cases based on technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
  • Support the technical team to articulate a solution blueprint that meets client expectations.
Testing and Validation:
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Identify and document any issues or defects, working with technical teams to resolve them.
Client Support:
  • Provide ongoing support to clients during the implementation phase, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user guides to ensure clients can effectively use the implemented Intelmatix solution.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Gather client feedback and conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend enhancements to processes and systems based on analysis and client feedback.
  • Support clients in measuring the actual impact of deployed Intelmatix technology on their business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the technology or AI sector.
  • Experience in consulting firms or Systems Integrators is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand client context, business, operations, and processes to map their needs with Intelmatix solutions.
  • Understanding of various industries, business models, and value drivers in enterprises.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate Intelmatix' product offerings and conceptualize solutions to various audiences.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Open to travel to meet clients as needed (less than 10%-15% of the time).
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
