Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing EOI/PQQ/Bid processes from start to finish, ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposals that meet client requirements.

About the Role

  1. The Proposal Development Specialist will conduct analysis of client requirements based on EOI/PQQ/RFP documents and collaborate with Business Line Directors to determine project scope and goals.
  2. This role involves preparing documentation for Go/No Go meetings, adding opportunities to Bview, and organizing setup of required folders for documentation.
  3. The successful candidate will manage proposal Kick-off Meetings, discuss win themes with stakeholders, and create and manage proposal responsibility matrices.
  4. Key responsibilities include reviewing RFP documents, creating and managing bid schedules, and coordinating with internal/external bid stakeholders to ensure all proposal deliverables are completed to a high standard.
  5. This role also involves managing bid progress, escalating issues to Business Line Directors, and coordinating with Graphic Designers for proposal layout/diagrams.
  6. Additionally, the Proposal Development Specialist will oversee proposal graphic elements, contribute to the preparation of proposal sections, and critically assess, review, and edit proposal content to ensure quality and consistency.
  7. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in MS Windows and related software for desktop publishing, graphics, word processing, spreadsheets, database management, and client presentations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the same industry.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail, work effectively in coordinating activities and complex tasks, and take professional responsibility in all matters.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in keyboard skills, MS Windows, and related software is required, as well as a proactive approach to working with occasional evening and weekend work if required to meet deadlines.
