CARE is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Sales Professional to join our team and play a key role in driving sales and managing projects effectively across the industrial engineering and automation sector. As an Engineering Sales Professional, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their project needs and requirements.
- Preparing and delivering technical presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of CARE's products.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure that project specifications are met and solutions are feasible.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time.
- Providing ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Attending industry conferences and trade shows to promote CARE's offerings and network with potential clients.
- Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Working closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Staying updated on industry advancements and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in Building Management System, Low Current System & IT is a plus, and proficiency in project management tools and software is essential.
