We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Finance professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Modelling Manager. As a key member of our Corporate Finance practice, you will be responsible for advising clients on their corporate finance agenda, including strategic planning, capital allocation decision making, portfolio optimization, and throughout the entire deal life-cycle.

Your primary focus will be on helping clients identify sources of value creation and quantify it. You will have a solution-oriented mindset to act as a true Corporate Finance advisor and leverage your expertise to assist clients in solving their issues and unlocking potential for value growth.

In this role, you will manage the project team, working closely with all team members as well as forming strong internal links within the organization. You will understand the key business drivers, co-developing our approach with the client, agreeing value measurements with the client, providing value to the client through insights, factual conclusions, and advice.

Key responsibilities will include regularly advising businesses on valuations issues related to acquisition, divestitures, or restructuring and providing advice and decision support on transactions and restructurings. You will have expert financial modelling skills, including experience of building complex models from inception, with the ability to overlay complex funding and deal structures.

You will also help create a positive learning culture for junior team members and support their development. You will take responsibility for your own learning and development, provide coaching to others, and participate in upward feedback.
