Key Accountabilities:

The Construction Manager will be responsible for the following key accountabilities:

  • Manage worksites for projects, coordinating activities and ensuring that all work is in sync with project goals and objectives
  • Provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors when doing groundwork to ensure that quality standards are being met
  • Liaise with engineers, architects, and others working on a project
  • Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, timetables, and resources

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and +15 years of experience in real estate construction and project management. They will also have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, including residential compounds, villas, and towers.
