Currie & Brown Group Limited is seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead complex projects in Riyadh, KSA.

As a Project Director, you will be responsible for delivering projects within budget, quality, and time metrics. You will lead project stakeholders, provide leadership to the project team, and ensure compliance with regulatory and planning controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the delivery of multiple small projects or a medium-scale project with reasonable complexity.
  • Responsible for project definition and delivery, including establishing project delivery plans and control mechanisms.
  • Lead the project team and performance manage the Currie & Brown team.
  • Oversee and manage an agreed scope of work of a consultant team and/or contractors.
  • Work within established financial systems to track and manage budgets, highlighting variances to ensure project delivery targets are met.
  • Review and manage project processes and policies, providing recommendations to improve processes and systems.
  • Interact effectively across the organization to develop ways to support collaboration and ensure projects meet customer expectations.
  • Advise senior management on project progress and issues, providing subject matter advice to support successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Project management professional certification or accreditation.
  • Previous experience leading projects, with experience in both pre-contract and post-contract phases.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability as a trusted advisor to the client.
