About Us

  • We are a dynamic organization looking for a talented Senior Financial Specialist to join our team.
  • This key role involves managing all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as preparing and reviewing financial statements.
  • Key responsibilities include processing and reviewing employee expense reports, invoices, and vendor payments.
  • This position also involves managing accounts receivable and cash reconciliations, as well as maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Generate reports and provide financial insights to aid decision-making.
  • Analyze trends in expenses and revenue, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the agricultural industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
