We are seeking a Technical Field Support Engineer to provide technical assistance during the installation of our products. This role involves resolving technical issues identified by manufacturing and installation teams, ensuring compliance with KONE's safety, process, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing remote or on-site technical support for installation issues
  2. Solving digital, APF, software, and BIM-related problems
  3. Ensuring customer specification requirements are met
  4. Training local trainers/employees during site visits and/or scheduled training sessions
  5. Creating quality reports after site visits and listing issues requiring corrective actions
  6. Maintaining awareness and adherence to KONE safety requirements
  7. Ensuring each installation follows global processes and guidelines
  8. Allocating daily work together with the Technical Field Support Manager
  9. Reviewing daily priorities in the team and taking appropriate action to ensure results

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and minimum 2 years' experience in the elevator and escalator industry. Strong verbal and written English and Arabic language skills are necessary, as well as good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
